I specialize in working with LGBTQ and heterosexual individuals ranging in age from emerging adults (18+) through mature adulthood looking to improve their life through therapy. Topics of therapy include anxiety, depression, anger control, interpersonal/family difficulties, stage of life uncertainty, men's issues, dating, career/school changes and boundary setting . I use a variety of techniques including CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic and somatic therapies. Cultural competency and respect is at the core of my practice and creating a safe collaborative space for our work together.

I specialize in working with emerging adults (18+), Queer and Trans youth, relational partners for Trans relationships, emerging adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those who have been affected by sexual violence. I address issues related to identity, sexuality, transitioning, family conflict, self-esteem, trauma, women's issues, shame, depression & anxiety. My approach uses CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic and trauma-informed theory, somatic therapy and intersectional feminist principles to enhance well-being. I work to create an inclusive and collaborative therapeutic environment to promote healing.

I specialize in working with folks in the LGBTQIA community, and individuals from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds who are 18+ and older. I also work with women experiencing domestic violence, individuals looking to integrate psychedelic experiences, neurodiverse folks, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD and interpersonal distress. With training in yoga, meditation and art, I have integrated my understanding of the human experience with psychology and social work training to create a practice with awareness that gently encourages insight and inspires action, change, growth, connection, and recovery. I work with emerging adults (18+) through mature adulthood who identify as LGBTQ+ or heterosexual and are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or relationship issues. I also specialize in working with veterans, disabled folks, and those who have lived through traumas including journalists who have experienced workplace stress. My therapeutic approach is informed by cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness. I believe the relationship between you and your therapist can be healing in and of itself. I bring a non-judgmental, open mind, patience and humor into all my sessions.

I work with all aged clients (18+ and older) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, or who are looking to explore topics like anger management, career issues, academic challenges, family stressors, or relationships and dating. I also work with couples in all stages of their relationships. I use a variety of techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Counseling, and Structural Family Therapy. I work to create a supportive, welcoming environment for us to explore your goals and help you achieve better life outcomes.

I have experience working with clients across their lifespan. I have specialty in working with clients who might have a history of trauma, or are experiencing symptoms of ADHD, depression, or anxiety. I also have extensive experience working with parents who are navigating an array of parenting stressors that come from raising children. I approach my clinical work from a cognitive behavioral framework and utilize solution focused techniques along with mindfulness based interventions and motivational interviewing. My main priority is to create a safe and warm environment. It is incredibly important to me to be as collaborative as possible throughout the therapeutic process to ensure that my clients feel heard, and also reach their goals that we have set together.
