As a first-generation South Asian woman, I know how much culture, family expectations, and the things that go unspoken can shape the way you see yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions, often alongside questions about identity and self-worth that don't have tidy answers.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just want to know yourself a little better, therapy can be the space to reflect and renew.
Right now I'm seeing clients virtually across New Jersey. My New York license is in process, and I'll be seeing clients in person in Brooklyn once it comes through.
I take a strengths-based approach that draws on psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral work. We'll explore your experiences, notice the patterns that show up in your day to day, and build a set of skills that actually supports your goals.
Therapy works best when it feels like a real partnership. My hope is that you can show up as yourself, without editing first, so we can build on the strengths you already have and make change at a pace that feels right for you.

What’s a small daily ritual that grounds you?
Something in travel. I love it far too much to stay put.
If you weren’t a therapist, what would you be doing?
Depends on my mood, but usually a cappuccino with honey or a London fog.
What’s your go-to coffee or tea order?
The Jersey shore with my friends and family. No one does the beach better.
Where’s your happy place?
I grew up singing, dancing, and playing instruments, so music is part of most of my days.
What’s one fun fact most people don’t know about you?
My favorite movie is About Time. Every time I watch it I come away wanting to pay more attention to the present.
